You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our website or purchase our products. By using our website, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and dimension are inherent and are not defects. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, and will notify you and issue a full refund if this occurs.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we ship your order. Payment must be received in full before we ship. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is described in detail on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary: items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Final sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of AuraHaus or our content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. By submitting a product review, photo, or other content to our website, you grant AuraHaus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing and operations. 12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAHAUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.
