Our Responsibility
Made to last.
Built to care.
Sustainability isn't a marketing commitment for us — it's a design constraint. Every product decision starts with the question: what is the lowest-impact way to make something of genuine quality?

Our Six Pillars
How we do it
Natural Materials
We prioritize stone, solid wood, linen, wool, and recycled glass. We avoid synthetic materials, single-use plastics in packaging, and finishes containing VOCs or heavy metals.

Carbon-Neutral Shipping
Since 2022, every US shipment has been carbon-neutral through verified offsets with our logistics partners. We offset 110% of calculated emissions — the extra 10% accounts for measurement uncertainty.

Circular Packaging
Our packaging is 100% recyclable or compostable. We use recycled kraft paper, soy-based inks, and natural twine. Our signature protective wrap is made from recycled denim offcuts.

Fair Trade & Living Wages
We audit every workshop we partner with and require payment of living wages — not just minimum wages. We publish our pricing breakdown on request so you can see exactly what your maker received.

Responsible Forestry
All wood products use FSC-certified or reclaimed timber. We do not work with makers who source wood from old-growth forests or endangered species.

Water Stewardship
Textile production is water-intensive. We partner exclusively with dye houses that treat wastewater on-site and do not discharge untreated effluent. Natural dyes are prioritized wherever achievable.
